Welcome to Krisumi Corporation Private Limited (“Krisumi”), an enterprisingcollaboration between Sumitomo Corporation, Japan and Krishna Group, India, which offers and provides its prospective customers an opportunity to select their preferred apartments/units from variety of options available in itsresidential group housing project namely, “Waterfall Residences”situated inGurugram, Haryana (“Project”).
Krisumi offers its prospective customersa facility to online book their preferred apartments/unitsin the Project of Krisumi, by making payment of the booking amountthrough various online payment gateways authorised by Krisumi (“Payment Gateways”).
The booking of the apartment/unit in the Project of the Krisumi, shall be considered by Krisumi only after the duly filled in application for allotment has been submitted by the customer with Krisumiand Krisumi has realised the booking amount into its account, from the Payment Gateways.
If the customer wishes to cancel the booking then the cancellation and refund of the booking amount shall be made as per the terms and conditionsof the application for allotment submitted by the customer and allotment letter issued by Krisumi. The refund of the booking amount shall be subject to deductions mentioned in the application for allotment/ allotment letter; and the fees/charge paid byKrisumi to the Payment Gateways in respect of the booking.
Krisumi shall not be liable for refund of any amount to the customer, if the booking amount has not reached the account of Krisumi from the Payment Gateways for any technical or other reason whatsoever.
By accessing, visiting and browsing the online booking facility of Krisumi, it is construed that the customeris accepting and consenting to all the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
This policy will be reviewed by Krisumi and may change, from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on the official website of Krisumi so that the customers are always aware of the cancellation and refund procedures applicable on the online booking of apartments/units in the Project.

Waterfall Residences has been registered via HARERA with registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/2018/03 and is available on the website http:harera.in/under registered projects. | The License No. 39 of 2013 | Renewed Building Plan Approval vide Memo No.: ZP-915/Ad(RA)/2018/1568 dated 12.01.2018.
